Rapid COVID testing coming to Dobbins Heights

DOBBINS HEIGHTS — Residents wanting to be tested for COVID-19 will have another place to go this month.

The town of Dobbins Heights announced Tuesday that Anson Regional Medical Services will bring its mobile unit to the Community Center for two days.

The rapid testing will be performed from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 22 and Sunday, Jan. 31.

Testing is free and there is no sign-up necessary.

Free COVID-19 testing will continue throughout the month in the parking lot behind the Health Department. Testing will run from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday, except when closed for lunch from noon-12:30 p.m., and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
