HAMLET – While hundreds of spectators lined the streets of Hamlet Thursday for the city’s annual Christmas parade, there were others spreading something other than holiday cheer.

ROCKINGHAM – As first reported by FirstHealth of the Carolinas on Tuesday, October 17, its computer network “experienced a downtime event” that day at 2:15 p.m. The immediate shutdown was voluntarily implemented (and has continued) as a precautionary measure due to a potential threat from a malware virus.

ROCKINGHAM - Rockingham Police Department has released the name and updated status of the man who sustained self-inflicted wounds to his neck at the West Side Shell Station Tuesday night.
