DOBBINS HEIGHTS — The I Can Scholarship Foundation Inc. proudly extends its sincere thanks to the Duke Energy Foundation for supporting the ICSF Dobbins Heights Revitalization – America 250 Initiative. This generous investment will help enhance and uplift the Dobbins Heights Parks & Recreation spaces for the community and families it serves.
The initiative is designed to promote community pride, engagement, and revitalization while creating welcoming spaces that inspire future generations. As America approaches its 250th anniversary, ICSF continues working to empower communities through impactful partnerships and service-driven initiatives.
The I Can Scholarship Foundation Inc. remains focused on creating lasting impact in communities by investing in youth, particularly at-risk and court-involved youth, through leadership development, mentorship, educational support, and community engagement opportunities that encourage positive growth and long-term success.
