HAMLET — The Seaboard City will be holding a special meeting, which includes two public hearings, the afternoon of July 2.
The city posted a notice, issued June 17, on its website announcing the meeting, which is scheduled to begin at 3 p.m. However, it was not sent to the RO or posted on the city’s Facebook page as of 3:30 p.m. June 19.
