Lisa Robinson Langley, 63, of Hamlet, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, Oct. 8, 2026 at her home.
She was born in Richmond County on Feb. 16, 1963, daughter of the late Richard Thomas Robinson and Peggy Jo Grooms Robinson.
Lisa was a licensed practical nurse, working with the former Palmer Hinson Nursing Home and PruittHealth, both in Rockingham. She was a caregiver at heart and loved working with the elderly.
Lisa enjoyed going to the beach and one of her greatest joys in life was spending time with her grandchildren whom she dearly loved. She will be missed by her family and everyone who knew and loved her.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Bennie Schropp, Millie Robinson and Toni Barcomb.
Lisa is survived by her sons, Justin Langley and Steven Langley; grandchildren, Honesty Russell, Hailey Strickland, Justin S. Langley and Ezekiel Langley; great-grandson, Brendan Bryant Jr.; and sister, Pam Brown (Ricky).
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, Oct. 11, 2026 from 3-5 p.m. at the home of her sister and brother-in-law, Pam and Ricky Brown, 537 Boyd Lake Road, Hamlet.
