Richmond County’s largest employers socialized over seafood Thursday at the Richmond County Airport for the annual Industry Appreciation Oyster Roast.
The event is organized by the Richmond County Chamber of Commerce and Richmond County Economic Development to thank the local business leaders for doing business in the county.
The industry appreciation event has been going on for more than 25 years and has taken several forms in the past, ranging from a golf tournament to a banquet before organizers settled on an oyster roast in 2017.
In addition to the oysters and beer, attendees also had the opportunity to fly around the county.
